Portal Partners LLC · Managed by Hashamayim LLC
A Door That Opens Both Ways
Portal Partners LLC is a private investment fund managed by Hashamayim LLC, built on a plain conviction: that careful process, clear reporting and honesty about risk should not be reserved for institutions. We work with a small number of people we know, and we would rather explain ourselves properly than quickly.
This website describes the fund, its manager and its people for informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and no offering is being made or advertised here.

How We Work
Three methods, explained in plain English. None of them depends on guessing which way the market goes next.
01
Providing Liquidity
Markets need someone willing to buy and sell at all times. We do that, and we are paid a fee for it — much like a market stallholder earns on turnover rather than on the weather.
02
Closing Price Gaps
The same asset sometimes trades at two different prices in two different places. We buy the cheaper and sell the dearer at the same moment, so the profit does not rely on the market rising.
03
Research and Models
We build models on data we can verify, and test them against good years and bad ones. A model that has not survived a bad month does not get to handle real money.
We Ask What Could Go Wrong Before We Ask What Could Go Right
Before any position is taken, we work out how much it could lose and decide whether we could live with that. Exposure limits, position sizes set against how easily something can be sold, and a review of every exchange and provider we touch. It is unglamorous work, and it is most of the job.
Careful process reduces risk. It does not remove it, and we will never tell you otherwise.
“Access should not be a privilege of the already wealthy. It should be a consequence of trust.”

What People Ask Us First
Is This Page an Offer to Invest?
No. This website introduces the fund, its manager and the people behind it. It is not an offer to sell a security, a solicitation to buy one, or a description of any specific investment. Any private offering the fund makes happens away from this website, under Rule 506(b), and only with people it already knows.
Then Why Would I Get in Touch?
To introduce yourself, and for no other purpose. Getting acquainted is not a step in a subscription process and does not entitle anyone to participate in anything. Nothing is asked of you in that conversation and nothing is offered to you in it.
Who Is Eligible to Participate in a Private Placement?
Eligibility is set by the rules themselves rather than by us. Rule 506(b) limits participation to persons with whom the issuer has a pre-existing substantive relationship, and restricts how many of those persons may be non-accredited. Whether any particular person is eligible — and whether the arrangement is suitable for them at all — is assessed individually, and the answer is frequently no. Nothing on this page should be read as an indication that any offering is available to you.
What Do You Actually Do With Money?
Three things, described in the Approach section above: we provide liquidity to markets and earn fees for it, we capture price differences between venues while hedged, and we run research-driven models that have been tested through bad conditions as well as good ones.
What Are the Risks?
Real ones. Digital-asset markets are volatile; exchanges and counterparties can fail; custody and regulation can change; private arrangements are usually illiquid. We run a defined framework for sizing, hedging and monitoring against those risks, and we will walk you through it in detail. It reduces risk. It does not remove the possibility of losing money, including all of it.
What Will You Tell Me, and How Often?
Existing investors receive quarterly reporting through the Avestor portal, written to be read rather than decoded, and can reach a partner directly in between.
Start With a Conversation, Not a Commitment
Write to us and tell us a little about yourself. We answer every message personally. Getting acquainted carries no obligation on either side and is not an application, a reservation, or a step toward any investment.
